About the role

You would keep engagements clear and moving: agreeing scope, coordinating design and engineering, running reviews and approvals, and making sure handover is complete.

What you will do

  • Agree scope, milestones and responsibilities with clients
  • Coordinate between clients, design and engineering
  • Run reviews and approvals, and keep decisions documented
  • Prepare handover and keep clients informed

What we look for

  • Experience delivering digital or technology projects
  • Calm, clear communication with clients, including institutional ones
  • A habit of writing things down and following up
  • Clear communication in Portuguese or English; both is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience with software or design projects
  • Experience with procurement or public-sector processes
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted ways of working

What to expect

A small senior team, direct access to the leads and real ownership of your work. Compensation is discussed directly with candidates.
