Velship Labs is led by José Nogueira, our CTO, with a small senior team.
CTO
I lead how Velship builds: the technical strategy, the product work, and the design and engineering inside each project. I direct our AI-assisted production, review what comes out, and stay responsible for deployment and handover. I also lead the development of our own products.
As the studio develops, we intend to add a small senior team across design, engineering and project delivery, added deliberately and working closely together. Growth will follow the work and the quality needed to deliver it well.
